Effective 1st July 2010, Citycover has purchased a register of clients that were previously serviced by Corporate Agents of Suncorp.
The clients are located throughout the Metro Area of Brisbane, and blend well with the current client mix presently serviced by our business.
The Citycover team are busy contacting each and everyone one of the new client's to inform them of how they will be serviced and to tell them about Citycover and the type of Insurance advice they will be receiving.
This service and advice will in the main be delivered by Mr Troy Joubert, one of the experienced Brokers from within our business.
Troy will ensure that previous Suncorp clients can expect the highest service ethic and quality advice that Citycover are known for throughout the industry.
Troy 's expertise lies in the Commercial Insurance area and he will be ably supported by the Citycover team of specialist brokers.
Directors, Tony Graves, Mark Sandow and Stewart Harker believe the services their company can provide will give additional options to client's not previously available through Suncorp Corporate Agents.
Troy plans to market renewals to ensure the many companies offerings available to Citycover clients are presented. A comprehensive client review will be conducted shortly with each client, to ensure their Insurance cover is correct and are what the client requires.
Citycover are always focused on provided the best cover for the best price they can achieve, through the most appropriate Insurer.
Claims matters both existing and new will be taken care of by our fully trained Claims Team at Citycover.
